BI Manager
The BI manager is responsible for leading the development and implementation of business intelligence strategies that support data-driven decision-making across the organization. This includes overseeing the design, development, and maintenance of business intelligence tools, dashboards, and reports. The position requires a certain level of technical skills in data analysis and visualization, as well as the ability to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
You will:
- Ensure security and compliance (e.g. privacy and data protection practices) are effectively embedded in the domain
- Lead efforts to extract valuable insights from data through advanced analytics techniques
- Communicate BI findings and recommendations to executive leadership and other stakeholders.
- Gather requirements from various departments and translate them into BI solutions.
- Work closely with IT, finance, marketing, and other teams to ensure their data needs are met.

You have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Economics, or Mathematics; Master’s degree preferred.
- Expertise in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.
- Knowledge of SQL and database systems
- Experience with data warehousing and ETL(Extract/Transform/Load) processes.
- Ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
