Overview
As Country PM for Sweden, you will lead end-to-end product strategy and delivery for a greenfield payroll and HR platform. You'll partner with engineering to design scalable solutions that meet Sweden's regulatory demands and become the Nordic anchor for Deel. You'll translate local requirements into executable roadmaps, balance trade-offs, and drive early customer learning. This is a chance to shape how Deel enters a complex market and build scalable playbooks for the region.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Define the Swedish market product strategy across payroll, HR, time, and services
- Execute the roadmap with your dedicated engineering team
- Coordinate across Product, Time, HRIS, and Services teams to manage dependencies
- Break complex requirements into iterative pieces and ship early to learn from customers
- Own relationships with key accounts to understand and validate needs
- Collaborate with sales, implementation, and local compliance to ensure scalable solutions
- Think entrepreneurially to build the market playbook from scratch
- Leverage AI to accelerate build and scale with local compliance teams
- Navigate Sweden's tripartite labor system and GDPR requirements to deliver compliant solutions
- Establish Sweden as the Nordic anchor and create scalable Nordic playbooks
