Customer Service 2nd Line – Dutch

How does your day look like?
It’s Monday morning and the week is starting again. You will begin your day with a good cup of coffee and then start up your computer at home. Your day starts around 08.00/08.30 as a Customer Service Employee for the Dutch market. 
First, you will check your e-mail and you will immediately see a message from your team lead informing you about some issues we encountered, on one of the Amazon accounts. This needs your immediate attention and you start calling some customers to investigate their case and find the perfect solution for them, thinking out of the box is appreciated. You as a person will get a lot of energy, from finding the best solution because customer satisfaction is important.
After that, you see that we had some feedback on eBay. You immediately search in our systems for the historic interactions with the customer. You try to gather all the information about the case and order. You will reach out to the customer by phone and your goal is making the customer satisfied again with our product and service. You succeed in making the customer happy again, giving you a very good feeling.

Around lunchtime, you will walk outside for a bit so that you can start the afternoon fresh again. You will start with helping customers with more complicated cases transferred to you by the first-line team. Further, you perform some administrative tasks on different sales platforms like Amazon and eBay. In the meantime, you also have some online meetings with your colleagues to keep that ‘team feeling’ by using Slack or MS Teams. At the latest, you will check the different email boxes that you are responsible for, to make sure every customer gets a reply within our promised SLA. Before you know it, the day is over, and you can shut down your computer and enjoy your evening.

Must haves

  • Dutch and English verbal and written skills are very good;
  • Open for flexible working times because of the time differences;
  • Experienced in client contact;
  • Known for your enthusiastic personality;
  • Clever in working with computers and MS Office;
  • Open to work 24-36 hours per week.
