FunctieomschrijvingAs an Internal Account Manager, you will be at the heart of our customer interactions, ensuring that both our internal and external clients receive the best possible service. You’ll identify key stakeholders and collaborate with our operations team, sales managers, and your account team to deliver timely quotes, process orders, and guarantee customer satisfaction. Your role is crucial in driving the continuous improvement of our internal processes and handling any emergencies with agility and precision.

Your tasks include customer contact, selecting partners, issuing and following up on quotations, and providing KPI reports. You’ll address customer inquiries, manage orders, cancellations, and complaints, and optimize processes. Additionally, you’ll coordinate with various managers and conduct customer visits to ensure satisfaction.

  • You have a sales-oriented mindset and enjoy bringing projects to a successful and commercially interesting result;
  • You have a higher professional education (HBO) level of thinking and working, with similar experience;
  • An affinity for technology is desirable but not necessary;
  • You are fluent in German and English;
  • You enjoy having frequent daily contact with customers;
  • You excel at keeping customers satisfied;
  • You have a technical or commercial education or have comparable qualifications;
  • In addition, you have a class B driver´s license and are willing to travel.
