Owned and shaped by you, not handed to you. /ppYou'll take ownership of the internal logistics process at our Helmond distribution centre, from goods in to goods out. You'll lead the warehouse team, hit production and cost targets, and continuously professionalise how the operation runs. This is a hands‑on, build‑mode role with people management attached. /ppMost Warehouse Manager roles are about keeping the wheels turning. This one's about tightening the operation, embedding Lean as the default way of working, and building a warehouse function that scales with the business. /ppIf that's the kind of role you've been waiting for, we'd like to hear from you. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliLeading the warehouse team and running day‑to‑day operations from receipt through to shipping /liliStandardising ways of working and applying Lean methodology to drive continuous improvement /liliHitting production and cost targets, and steering performance through KPIs and data /liliDesigning efficient use of space and a logical warehouse layout /liliCoordinating inbound and outbound goods flows and managing carrier relationships /liliOwning stock management and keeping stock reliability high /liliMaintaining a safe working environment and developing the people on your team /liliPartnering with transport, purchasing, customer service and sales to keep order fulfilment smooth /li /ulh3Skills, Knowledge and Expertise /h3pYou've led a warehouse or logistics operation before and you know your way around a WMS (Odoo experience is a plus). You're HBO-educated, ideally in logistics or supply chain, and you've used Lean or continuous improvement principles to make real operational gains. /ppYou're a hands‑on people manager who can switch between operational and tactical level without losing the thread. You manage on data and KPIs, and you bring people with you when you're fixing things. /ppFluent English is essential; Dutch is advantageous. /ph3Not required, but great if you have: /h3ulliExperience with Odoo as your WMS /liliA track record of leading Lean or continuous improvement programmes end‑to‑end /liliExperience scaling or professionalising a warehouse function during a period of growth /liliExposure to multi‑channel order fulfilment (B2B and direct) /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
