About the job

As a Line Operator you are responsible for maintaining a well-run production process. You’ll begin your shift with starting the machines, making the right adjustments and with putting the product components in place. Meanwhile, the production workers are entering the building. You will make sure that every production worker has a task and that they know what to do. When everything and everyone is ready, you will start the production process. During the day you’ll keep track of multiple production lines and will make sure that the work is done in a proper and safe way. You will solve (small) technical errors, help the production workers and will suggest improvements. Thanks to you, everything goes to plan!

The company

You will work for a well-known production company specialized in the food industry, located in the area of Helmond. This company is a real family business and has grown in to an international organization. In the near future, the company moves to a brand new factory in the area of Venlo. The Line Operator vacancy is a fulltime job. Depending the season, you will work in several shifts.

Requirements

You have finished a relevant education, can work with machines and have knowledge of the food industry

You know everything about food safety and are quality-minded

You have technical skills, a great sense of responsibility and are capable of running multiple production lines

You have a flexible attitude, are proactive and have a good command of the English language
