Strategic & Organisational Leadership

Lead the Dutch organisation across Reynaers Aluminium NL, Roval Aluminium, and Forster NL, ensuring operational excellence, commercial effectiveness, and overall business performance.

Serve as statutory director of the three legal entities and act as a key member of the Group Executive Committee.

Oversee the succession process from Edgar, ensuring continuity, knowledge transfer, and cultural stability during the transition.

Commercial Leadership & Market Development

Own the commercial strategy for the Netherlands, including pricing, discount policy, assortment decisions, and project approach, within the framework of Reynaers Group.

Drive revenue growth to strengthen and expand Reynaers’ number-one market position.

Maintain and deepen relationships with long-standing customers, fabricators, contractors, architects, developers, and other stakeholders across residential markets, approximately 70%, and utility markets, approximately 30%.

Ensure Forster NL continues its integration into the Group by professionalising processes and improving engagement levels.

Operational & Financial Management

Hold full P&L responsibility for approximately €80 million turnover across the three Dutch entities.

Oversee operations at Roval, including production, warehousing, tailor-made roof solutions, and project-level delivery.

Maintain strict financial control, including credit control, compliance, and shared-services efficiency.

Ensure all organisations operate within Group governance while safeguarding entrepreneurial agility.

People Leadership

Lead, coach, and develop a diverse and highly tenured team across sales, operations, production, technical support, HR, finance, and ICT.

Champion a culture of collaboration, accountability, and cross-entity integration.

Proactively manage succession challenges and support leadership development across all three entities.

Alignment with Group Headquarters

Ensure strong collaboration with Reynaers Group HQ in Duffel, particularly regarding product development, R&D, operational standards, and digitalisation initiatives.

Translate Group strategy into concrete plans for the Dutch market, ensuring local execution and Group-level alignment.

Digitalisation & Process Improvement

Continue the digitalisation journey following the implementation of the new ERP system.

Strengthen process discipline and harmonisation across entities, especially within Forster NL.

Make use of Group expertise, training, and best practices to accelerate digital and operational maturity.
