Your mission

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Operations and Compliance Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a variety of administrative and operational tasks, ensuring compliance, and supporting the efficiency of our business processes. This role requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to read and understand complex documents, and proficiency in using various software tools for data analysis and reporting. The role supports and reports to our Operational Manager. 

Key Responsibilities:

Operations

  • Output Figures Analyses.
  • Comparisons of price matrix and other data analyses.
  • Monitor global economic and transport news, summarizing relevant updates for the team.
  • Track and follow up on tasks, issues, and developments, keeping organizational folders up to date.
  • Support of office operations in the Netherlands.
  • Text Analysis and Presentation while utilizing AI tools to analyse texts and presentations, summarizing key points for further action.
  • Meeting Minutes and Follow-Up.

Compliance

  • Document Review and Analysis like NDAs etc.
  • Salesforce Monitoring.
  • Regular checks of Dashboard.
  • Quality Control and Status Checks.

Staff

  • Coordination and planning of the onboarding processes for new employees. 
  • Updating and maintain training materials.
  • Handling time registration and other approval processes in Personio.
  • Summarizing feedback from the team and track performance issues for further training needs.

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Law, or a related field or several years of relevant experience. 
  • Strong understanding of legal and compliance documents.
  • Proficiency in Excel and preferably Salesforce.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
  • Ability to use AI tools for text analysis.
  • Strong communication skills (Dutch & English), both written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Prior experience working in a multinational environment can be a plus.
