Join Schneider Electric and power your career We are looking for a PMO Lead – Business Transformation (M/W), who works for DACH (focus on Germany) and BeNe regions, reporting to our office in Helmond, Netherlands. What will you do? Lead the project management office for a large-scale business transformation. Develop and implement project governance frameworks, processes, and best practices to ensure successful delivery. Oversee project planning, execution, and tracking to ensure alignment with business objectives and transformation goals. Drive change management initiatives to support organizational readiness and adoption of new systems and processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication, risk management, and issue resolution. Provide regular project status reports, KPI tracking, and performance analysis to senior stakeholders. What qualifications will make you successful for this role? English mandatory, German and/or Dutch highly preferred. Bacherlor’s degree or higher in related field. Proven experience in project management, business transformation, and change management within complex projects. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMBOK, Agile, etc.) and tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, etc.). Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to drive organizational change and facilitate adoption of new processes and technologies. Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2) and/or change management (Prosci, ACMP) is a plus.
