We’re currently looking for a motivated polishing production worker to join our team in Helmond. In this role, you will be responsible for the manual and mechanical finishing of high-end products, ensuring they meet strict quality standards. You will play a key role in keeping the production line running smoothly and efficiently.
Your Responsibilities:
- Perform manual and machine-assisted finishing, including polishing and surface refinement
- Conduct quality checks to ensure each product meets the set specifications
- Operate hand tools and machinery, such as grinders and polishers
- Work closely with team members to maintain production flow and resolve minor technical issues
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace
