The Role
As Product Manager – Gymnastics Equipment, you own Cannice’s product portfolio end-to-end. You are responsible for defining product direction, steering technical improvements and ensuring our equipment meets the highest international standards.
This role sits at the intersection of product development, engineering, manufacturing and the global gymnastics market. You translate user and market needs into clear technical requirements, collaborate closely with our design teams in Europe and our production facility in China, and act as the technical reference for our global dealer network.
This is not a pure marketing or communication role. It is a hands-on product role with strong technical, operational and field involvement.
Your Responsibilities
Product Ownership & Lifecycle Management

Own and manage the complete Cannice product portfolio

Define product roadmaps, improvements and lifecycle decisions

Monitor product performance, positioning, pricing logic and competitiveness

Identify innovation opportunities based on market and user insights
Product Development & Engineering Interface

Work closely with design and engineering teams on product evolution

Translate customer, athlete and coach feedback into functional and technical requirements

Provide structured input to the production facility in China

Support validation, testing and industrialization of new or improved equipment
Technical Expertise & Market Interface

Act as the technical product reference for internal teams and international dealers

Support complex product configurations, applications and layout planning

Contribute to gym hall designs, apparatus configurations and technical drawings
Training & Product Knowledge Enablement

Develop and deliver product trainings for sales teams, dealers and partners

Create and maintain technical documentation, product guides and value-proposition materials
International Events & Product Validation

Support major international competitions where Cannice is the equipment partner

Coordinate technical setup and configuration of apparatus on-site

Ensure correct installation, performance and presentation of products

Collect field feedback to feed future product improvements
What You Bring

Proven experience in product management or technical product marketing for physical products

Direct involvement in product development cycles, from requirements definition to production

Experience working with engineering teams and manufacturing partners (Asia is a strong advantage)

Strong analytical and conceptual skills; able to translate user needs into product decisions

Affinity with gymnastics or comparable technical sports equipment environments

Hands-on, pragmatic mindset; comfortable in international and operational settings

Strong communication skills to align technical, production and commercial stakeholders

Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 25%), including visits to the Chinese production site
