Production employee – Olympia – Helmond

Are you looking for a production job with opportunities for growth? Then apply for the following position in Helmond. As a production worker, you will play a crucial role within our company. Together with your colleague, you will be responsible for operating 3 different production lines. Depending on the product being manufactured at the time, you will need to switch between these lines continuously. This means that 3 different products are being processed simultaneously. Your task as a packer is to ensure that bags are disconnected and replaced in a timely manner, allowing the production line to run smoothly without interruptions. It is of great importance that you remain alert and work with precision to ensure that the right bags are placed on the correct pallets. You will seal the bags and position them appropriately. If you possess a forklift certificate, you will also be responsible for transporting the pallets to the warehouse. You will work in a dedicated team of 4 to 5 people, where you will be stationed alongside 2 or 3 colleagues at the filling line, while your other colleagues will be working on the operator’s side. Working days will span from Monday to Sunday and will be organized in rotating shifts: 07:00 AM to 03:00 PM 03:00 PM to 11:00 PM 11:00 PM to 07:00 AM Your work schedule will follow a 3-shift system, and you will always receive it in advance, ensuring that you are aware of your working hours. It is important that you are available for all 3 shifts/times. You will work from Monday to Friday.
