To support our international helpdesk, we are looking for a Solution Support Engineer/Trainer to strengthen and improve our customer support.
Job Description:
In this position, you are responsible for providing technical support to our existing customers, and you will organize and provide training for our product solutions. During a thorough training period, you will strive to become the expert in our solutions. Our training room is your domain, and you are constantly working to bring our customer support to a higher level. The support department works together with the sales office and is positioned directly under the management. Your regular activities are:
- Providing training and/or demonstrations via web or live
- Testing our new solutions
- Providing customer support and assisting the inside sales
- Providing training, demonstrations, and installation on location (on occasion)
- All activities that help the company grow
- Supporting our sales team and marketing department when needed
Job Requirements:
Must:
- You are structured and accurate
- You are independent, have a proactive attitude, and a hands-on approach
- Professional command of the English language and one or more other languages
- You have a matching background and an interest in technology, foremost what you can do with it
- You have an inner drive, a curious nature towards our solutions, and you like to improve things
- You enjoy engaging with people and the international aspect is what appeals to you
- Available for 32 up to 40 hours a week
Nice to have:
- Familiar with Proliner and CAD (e.g., worked in the past with the Proliner)
- Familiar with CNC machinery in wood/glass/stone fabrication
- Have the enthusiasm to see and seize sales opportunities
- Knowledge of other languages like German, Polish, Romanian, or other (Slavic) languages
