You are supported by a Tax Specialist in Germany and work together with business partners, external advisors, the Financial Shared Service Center and Center of Excellence. It is a broad tax position in which you will support the company on national and international tax matters. You work for 20+ legal entities and 11 countries. As a Tax Manager, you will be eager to take part in all kinds of tax projects, amongst others direct tax and indirect tax, tax compliance, transfer pricing, withholding tax, tax audits and tax accounting. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liAssume responsibility for all tax‑related matters of the Group. /li liDevelop, maintain, and continuously improve the Tax Control Framework for the Group in Europe. /li liProactively identify tax risks and opportunities; monitor, analyze, and report on the Group’s tax position. /li liProvide tax‑related training and guidance to finance colleagues and business partners. /li /ul h3Corporate Income Tax Tax Compliance /h3 ul liManage and support the preparation and filing of corporate income tax returns, withholding tax returns, and related compliance activities for group companies. /li liEnsure all tax obligations are met timely and accurately. /li liLiaise with financial colleagues across the Group to ensure consistent application of tax. /li liDevelop and refine the Group’s transfer pricing strategy. /li liAssist in transfer pricing analyses. /li liCoordinate and support the annual transfer pricing documentation cycle (e.g., Master File, Local Files). /li liWork with business units to ensure intercompany transactions align with transfer pricing. /li /ul h3VAT Indirect Taxes /h3 ul liEnsure optimal VAT compliance processes across the Group. /li liIdentify opportunities to improve VAT efficiency and reduce risk exposure. /li /ul h3Tax Audits External Stakeholders /h3 ul liSupport group companies during tax audits and inquiries from tax authorities. /li liLiaise with external tax advisors for compliance, planning, and audit‑related matters. /li /ul h3Cross‑Functional Support /h3 ul liSupport the Financial Shared Service Center and Center of Excellence on tax matters. /li liAdvise business partners on tax aspects of commercial activities and projects, including tax accounting. /li /ul h3Job requirements /h3 ul liMaster’s degree in tax law or tax economics or equivalent work experience. /li liAt least 8‑10 years of relevant international tax experience, preferably in a production environment or within tax consultancy. /li liAbility to analyze data and develop solutions to problems (strategic thinking skills and out‑of‑the‑box solutions). /li liHands‑on approach; open to be involved in compliance work when necessary. /li liBroad tax interest and eager to learn more about other taxes than only VAT and Corporate income tax. /li liAbility to coordinate international tax projects. /li liSolid understanding of tax accounting principles is considered a benefit. /li liPro‑active, international focus, hands‑on, flexible and a self‑starter. /li liStrong communication skills and team player. /li liNOB Education/registration is considered an advantage. /li liFull‑time availability or at least 4 working days. /li liFluent in Dutch and English, with preferably basic knowledge of the German language. /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 ul liAn attractive salary, incentives, and pension. /li liOptions for remote work. /li liClear paths for career advancement. /li liTraining programs, company fitness arrangements, and more. /li li30 vacation days and travel cost compensation. /li liA bicycle plan for a healthy and greener future. /li /ul h3Become part of something bigger /h3 pAt Nedschroef, we’re more than an industry leader – we’re a family that nurtures talent and innovation.
