As a team leader at Schneider Electric, you play a crucial role in managing and guiding a team of warehouse employees, ensuring the smooth handling of incoming and outgoing goods flows.
Your responsibilities include:
Leading approximately 15 warehouse employees on a daily basis
Preparing work schedules and planning personnel and warehouse activities
Promoting a culture of continuous improvement and coaching your team
Proactively managing KPIs and achieving departmental goals
Selecting, onboarding, and training new employees
Attending meetings on safety, quality, service, productivity, and personnel matters
Initiating improvements within the department
Ensuring an organized workplace (5S) and maintaining performance records
Leading work meetings
Contributing to the development of warehouse operators and multi-skilled operators
Always prioritizing safety as the number one priority
Working in a two-shift system

The Helmond location is easily accessible by car from various cities, such as Helmond, Den Bosch, Weert, Eindhoven, and Venray.

For this full-time position, we expect the following:
Willingness to work in a two-shift system.
Demonstrated experience in managing a warehouse team.
Proficiency in both English and Dutch languages.
Excellent communication skills to inspire and motivate the team.
