Job Summary

The Distribution Sales Manager is a crucial part of the sales and customer support team, responsible for supporting our distribution partners. This role involves managing and entering orders in SAP, coordinating with internal teams to ensure the highest level of support to our partners, and occasionally traveling to meet with distributors. The focus is on B2B channel management, with a strong emphasis on customer support rather than business development.

Key Responsibilities

– Support distribution partners

– Enter and manage orders within SAP with precision.

– Coordinate with internal teams to achieve company targets and provide excellent service to partners.

– Ensure optimal stock levels and timely deliveries.

– Utilize CRM systems to maintain and update partner information.

– Prepare and analyze sales reports using MS Office, especially Excel.

– Provide feedback from partners to the sales and product development teams.

– Occasionally travel to meet with distributors to strengthen relationships.

Qualifications

– Proficiency in SAP and CRM systems.

– Strong skills in MS Office, with a particular emphasis on Excel.

– 3 to 5 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

– Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

– Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.

– No specific educational background required; however, a degree in a relevant field could be a plus.
