Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Logistics and Operation Specialist to handle and manage material supply to customers’ demand. The logistics and operation Specialist’s duty is to understand customers’ requirements, optimize logistics process, manage service providers to archive maximum sales revenue and NOP. Making sound judgement by strong logical mindset and objective driven attitude, which are the key elements to be success.
Responsibilities
Lead actively logistics/operation planning of the assigned automotive project.
Prepare and provide Delta RFQ to 3PL.
Completion of 3PL selection/qualification processes.
Set up and implement 3PL operations of the assigned automotive project.
Coordinate and monitor daily operation with 3PL, customer and factory of the assigned automotive project. Ensure on time delivery of customer demand
Resolve the customer complaints in coordinating with 3PL, customer and factory
Lead emergency planning and actions.
Qualifications
5+ years proven working experience as a Logistics and Material Planning position for Electronics product in Automotive industry
Logistics roles/experience in automotive OEM/Tier 1.
Experiences of working with production plants in Asia
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Chinese or German is plus
Operation hands-on attitude and skills.
Profession in negotiation and collaboration with other functions internally.
Customer-oriented attitude, attention to detail, work accurately and timely
