Job Description
Develop and implement marketing strategies and plans to meet the strategic needs
Create and maintain sales enablement tools including competitive materials, pitch decks, product materials to articulate the benefits of our products
Monitor & maintain the translation process – for website & user manuals
Create high-quality, customer-facing content efforts by contributing to website content, white papers and other promotional content
Development and implementation of digital marketing programs, specifically social media
Keep up with the current technology and mega trends and understand the competitive market
Exhibition and event planning, coordination and execution
Identify target customers, their needs, and how products will meet those needs
Understand and fluently communicate technical solutions and benefits
Monitor, review and report on all marketing activities and results
Coordination of online and on-site product trainings for customers
Qualifications
Business or marketing-related degree or equivalent professional qualification
Minimum 3 years of practical marketing experience
Technical marketing skills, especially design (Adobe Creative Software) and digital marketing
Hands-on and proactive attitude
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
Detail and results oriented
Skilled at both planning and managing the execution
Highly proficient in spoken and written English
Proficient in spoken and written German
Excel in a collaborative, cross-team capacity
Experience working with cross-functional teams
