As ateam lead for Schneider Electric you will be responsible for thedaily management of fifteen warehouse operators. You are theperfect candidate for this role with your experience in a warehouseand in leadership! You will have the possibility to work between 16and 40 hours a week, so even if you’re not available full-time youcan start this leadership position! For your efforts, you can counton a gross salary of €3,478.15 per month on a full-time basis,shift allowance and you will have the opportunity for a permanentcontract! In yournew role as a team lead, your responsibility will also be theincoming and outgoing flow of goods. You will prepare workschedules for both the personnel and the warehouse. Other dailytasks will include:
- Coaching andstimulating a continuous improvement culture
- Selecting, introducing and training newemployees
- Attending safety, quality,service, productivity and personnel meetings
- Animating work meetings
- Contribute to the development of warehouseoperators and multi skilled operators

Functie-eisen
- At least MBO 3 work and thinking level (technical oradministrative)
- Minimal three years ofexperience in leadership
- minimal Two years ofexperience in warehousing
- Knowledge ofMicrosoft Office, ERP/WMS
- Fluent in Englishand Dutch
- Good communicative skills
- Focused on improvements
